Shipping Damage

• All PIRUETA veterinary dental units are covered by a 1-year limited warranty from the date of placing the order (excluding wearing parts).
• To ensure safety and performance of electric and pneumatic units, installation and initial setup must be carried out by a qualified professional (e.g., biomedical technician or authorized installer). Damages due to improper installation or unauthorized modifications are not covered under warranty.
• Plumbing or specialized utility connections (e.g., water lines, air lines) must adhere to local regulations and be installed by a licensed professional. Warranty will be void if not installed and serviced by a licensed professional.
• Instruments provided meet national and international standards and are covered by a 1-year warranty for free repair of quality issues.

Wearing Parts (1-Year Warranty)

These parts are subject to high use and standard replacement schedules:

• Hoses for handpieces and scalers
• O-rings, seals, and gaskets
• Filters (water/air)
• Foot pedal/switch (mechanical components)
• Tips for scalers
• Light bulbs/LED components

Exclusions (Specific)

• Wearing parts replacement costs.
