Custom and Made-to-Order Units

  • Production Time: Typically takes 1–2 weeks, depending on the complexity of the unit's configuration and current factory schedules.
  • Shipping Time: After production, shipping is generally 2–3 months via specialized sea freight or international carrier.

Delivery Process

Order Confirmation and Timeline

After placing your order, our team will process and confirm all technical details. We will send you a detailed production timeline within 1–2 business days of order confirmation.

Shipping Notification

  • Port-to-Door Deliveries: You will be notified when your order has arrived at the designated port. You will then need to coordinate with the local delivery service or freight forwarder to complete the final delivery from the port to your clinic/location.
