I. Statement: Color, Size & Product Difference

Given that our products are precision equipment and involve screen display and manual measurement, please be aware of the following allowable variances:

  • Color & Display: Due to differences in screen display and lighting, slight color or texture variations between the product images and the actual product may occur. The actual product shall prevail.
  • Size Accuracy: Manual measurements or production tolerances may result in a 1–3 cm difference. Please allow for this margin of error.
  • Image Rendering: Some product images are 3D renderings or concept visualizations. The final actual product should be referenced based on formal product specifications and real photos.
  • Final Confirmation: All order details (including configuration, color, size, and any customization) will be confirmed with you before production begins.

  • Shipping Costs: Shipping costs vary by country and region.
  • Website Price Validity: The prices listed on this website are valid for selected countries only.
  • Non-Covered Regions: If you are located outside these regions, please contact us at info@piruetavet.com, and our sales team will provide the appropriate quotation and shipping arrangements.

III. Return Policy (Crucial Notice)

All PIRUETA veterinary dental units are customized or made-to-order professional equipment.

Due to the customized nature and complex logistics of our products, we cannot accept returns or exchanges. Please confirm all technical specifications and requirements carefully before production begins.

IV. Shipping Policy

Cost and Method

  • Shipping Cost Structure: Product prices include delivery fees, which cover international shipping, customs clearance, port fees, and delivery to your address.
  • Taxes and Duties: Whether Taxes (e.g., VAT, GST) are included depends on your location; if they are not included, we will notify you via email.
  • Shipping Method: Due to the volume and weight of the equipment, most shipments are delivered by sea freight, followed by truck delivery to your final address.

Production & Delivery Time

  • Accessories: 1–3 weeks to manufacture.
  • Unit/Workstation: 1–2 weeks to manufacture.
  • Total Timeline: The total timeline is estimated at 8–12 weeks, including production and shipping (delays may occur due to port congestion, customs inspection, etc.).
  • Order Status Updates: We will provide updates on your order status at every stage: order placed → in production → preparing to ship → in transit → delivered.

V. Receiving the Goods & Aftercare

Inspection Upon Delivery

Upon delivery, please carefully inspect your order before signing the receipt:

  1. Check the number of cartons and pallets.
  2. Check the condition of the packaging (for damage, moisture).
  3. Take clear photos and videos of the shipment's condition.
  4. If damage or loss is found, make a note on the delivery receipt and contact us within 5 days of receiving the goods. This helps us assist you with a claims application.

After Receiving the Goods

  • Unpacking Guide: For wooden package unpacking, please follow our official instruction video to avoid damage to the equipment.
  • Installation and Setup: For installation guides, please visit our designated channel for more detailed product setup instructions.
  • Missing or Damaged Accessories: If any accessories are missing or items are damaged, please provide detailed photos/videos and a list of required replacements (item name and quantity) within 10 days. Our warehouse and factory will arrange replacements as soon as possible.
